PARTICIPATE AS A TEAM

Sign up as a team to complete 22 miles on June 26th, finishing as a group. There is no limit on the number of individuals that can be a part of your team.

 

Pass-It-On:  Sign up as a team, knocking out 22 miles on June 26th, relay-style.  There is no limit on the number of individuals that can be a part of your team.  There is no limit to the number of ways you complete the distance challenge.  For example, complete 1 mile dribbling a basketball, another with a skateboard, another with a paddle board, and another with a run -- we don’t care how you get to 22, we just care that you get to 22.

NOT THE RUNNING-OR-RUCKING TYPE? HOST AN EVENT! 

No problem!  Host a Movement for Mental Health event with your community on June 26th in honor of Movement for Mental Health.

 

Ideas:

  • Host an afterparty for the team with the event venue as the finish line/ marker
  • Sponsor a mile (or 22 of them)
  • Outfit a team: Purchase official Miles for Mental Health fit-kits for an individual or team
  • Make a monetary donation of your choice
  • Host a workout at your gym, entrance fee is a $22 donation or monetary donation amount of your choice
